Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced R&D Domain Architect HR & Finance to lead enterprise architecture initiatives across Human Resources and Financial domains. This role will drive strategic technology roadmaps ensure regulatory compliance and align business objectives with scalable enterprise solutions.

Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for HR and Finance platforms
Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation goals
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations governance security and audit requirements
Lead strategic planning system modernization and integration initiatives
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Support enterprise-wide financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide architectural guidance for cloud data and application modernization programs
