Position Summary:
The Rates File Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for working closely with the Sales team Yield Management Invoice Research and other internal teams. They will be the recipient of customers signed pricing agreements with the responsibility of loading the rates accurately and timely. Auditing to ensure that our customers are receiving accurate invoices based on their signed Pricing agreements.
The responsibilities of the position include butarenot limited to:
- Receiving countersigning and loading customer rates in to Pyles internal system
- Working through audits to ensure customers invoices are accurate based on their published pricing
- Updating Pricing Letter to reflect current rates and sending out to Sales & Customers when needed
- Working in Salesforce
- Approving My Pyle and API quoting requests
- Working through all questions directed to RFM
- Processing Customer volume incentives
- Representing the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices
To be qualified for this position you must possess the following:
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED. Higher education levels are welcome but not required.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with specific deadlines
- Ability to interface effectively with customers and internal departments
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous LTL Pricing experience transportation logistics customer service sales and or rates experience is encouraged not required
