• Respond to lastminute callouts and fill caregiver shifts
  
  
• Complete new client starts and afterhours orientations
  
  
• Conduct supervisory visits and client checkins
  
  
• Support caregivers with training and field needs
  
  
• Deliver supplies and assist with documentation
  
  
• Participate in oncall rotation and occasional evenings
  
  

• Active CNA certification
  
  
• 2 years experience supporting individuals with functional disabilities
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs bend stand and perform inhome care tasks
  
  
• Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to work every other weekend
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a positive cando attitude
  
  
• Comfort with fastpaced changing priorities
  
  

• MondayFriday availability with rotating weekends (35 hours guaranteed)
