Location: 2201 South Clear Creek Rd Killeen TX 76549

Shift: 730 am to 4 pm - 1/2 hour lunch and 2 breaks

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Picks up return items following established guidelines and performs daily par cart inventories picks orders confirms orders and delivers supplies to assigned par areas.
  • Creates requisitions for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas.
  • Ensures par areas are orderly properly tagged and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs.
  • Properly disburses all materials to various locations in the facility as assigned in a timely manner following any established route and schedule with special attention to refrigerated supplies and overnight packages.
  • Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean safe and organized manner.
  • Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process including all associated computer software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Delivers supplies and packages to customers taking care to obtain location delivery information.
  • Maintains conversion items and substitutes communicating with clinical and departmental staff.
  • Assists with updating item locations and labels associated with product conversions.
  • Participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB PROFILE SUMMARY Responsible for the supply replenishment process of par locations including straightening counting picking and stocking supplies for specific areas. This position serves as a representative of the supply chain to clinicians in their assigned areas providing excellent customer service and collaborating with customers to manage the supply replenishment process and adjust par levels as needed. Tasks include assisting in picking and delivering supplies to departments upon request picking up items for return and maintaining the inventory storeroom. This role also ensures the accurate and timely completion of all inventory tasks.

Demonstrated ability to use an ERP system. Preferred

Understands medical terminology and products. Preferred

Demonstrates knowledge of inventory receiving replenishment and par level concepts. Preferred

Ability to operate material handling equipment. Preferred

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv Required

Field of Study: Grad or Equiv

Work Experience: 1 years related experience Required

6 months in customer service setting Preferred

6 months in supply chain Preferred

Peoplesoft experience Preferred
