Job Summary
Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand/General Labor to join our team in Bulverde TX. This role involves various hands-on tasks essential for maintaining and supporting ranch operations providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work outdoors and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general ranch maintenance including fencing feeding and caring for livestock
- Operate and maintain ranch equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with planting harvesting and other agricultural duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Support other team members with various tasks and projects as directed
Requirements
- Previous experience in ranch work or general labor preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to Bulverde TX
- Must live in or around Bulverde Tx as housing is not provided
