Facility: Baylor Scott & White Health - Plano Legacy Heart Center
Setting: Cardiac Outpatient
Work Status/Schedule: FT/Days Mon-Fri Sats being volunteers Shifts rotate weekly between opener (6:30a-3p) and closer (8a- 4:30p)
Required Experience: 2yr relevant experience Cardiac experience Graduate of an Accredited Program BLS ARRT-N or CMMT

Job Summary
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NM Tech) performs nuclear medicine PET and theranostic procedures. They work under a Radiologists supervision. These procedures are for ambulatory and hospital patients. A physician or licensed provider requests them for diagnosing disease and injury. They follow established protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
- EXPERIENCE
-2yr Nuclear Medicine Tech Experience
-Cardiac Experience
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
-Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer
-Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT)
-Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N) or by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
