Schedule: Fulltime 40hrs/week What Youll Do Responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the breast imaging program including day to day operations quality assurance regulatory compliance and program development across multiple sites and service locations ensuring consistency quality and operational alignment throughout the Functions: Provide operational and clinical oversight of breast imaging services across Womens Pavilion Neosho and additional organizational sites as aligned with system needs ensuring standardized practices and all aspects of the breast imaging program including mammography tomosynthesis and related procedures ensuring consistent high quality service day to day operations including workflow optimization scheduling staffing coordination and efficient utilization of leadership and support to lead technologists and quality control staff fostering accountability professional development and smooth daily ongoing compliance with ACR accreditation standards FDA MQSA regulations and internal quality assurance with radiologists leadership and multidisciplinary teams across affiliated locations to support patient care quality outcomes and operational strategic planning initiatives related to service enhancement technology advancement and program in budget planning resource allocation and oversight of equipment selection and capital and analyze key performance indicators including patient satisfaction turnaround time quality outcomes and regulatory the breast imaging program in community outreach patient education and partnership ARRT certification in Mammography required; additional breast imaging certifications of 5 years of experience in breast imaging leadership or management experience knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA verbal and written communication to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with radiology information systems.
