Radiology Director

Radiology Director Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent position
  
• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  
• Direct and oversee daily operations for CT Radiology (X-Ray) and Mammography departments ensuring high-quality imaging services regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care across all modalities
  
• Serve as a working director by performing diagnostic imaging procedures assisting with patient care and providing clinical support while maintaining departmental productivity and workflow efficiency
  
• Lead department staff through scheduling performance management quality improvement initiatives and equipment oversight while collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance imaging services and patient outcomes
  

Radiology Director Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Imaging program with current ARRT certification in good standing.
  
• Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience with demonstrated competency in CT X-Ray and Mammography including at least three (3) years of progressive leadership or management experience.
  
• Bachelors degree in Radiologic Sciences Healthcare Administration or related field preferred; strong knowledge of regulatory compliance quality improvement budgeting accreditation standards and multi-modality imaging operations.
