Job Summary Cath Lab Tech/IR Tech
- Perform interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization lab procedures
- Scrub in and assist during Cath Lab and IR procedures
- Operate fluoroscopy equipment and assist with radiological imaging
- Maintain radiation safety and follow radiology protocols
- Work collaboratively with procedural team during in-procedure care
- Participate in call rotation (every fourth weekend one day a week and holiday rotation)
- Work four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
- Complete documentation and maintain patient records
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and prepared for procedures
- Provide patient care and support during procedures
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain required certifications and licensure (Ohio license ARRT CPR)
- Meet physical requirements including lifting standing and manual dexterity
