About the Role
We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician for a 13-week contract opportunity at Childrens Scottish Rite Hospital in Atlanta Georgia. This role supports the Radiology department in a pediatric hospital setting and requires strong X-Ray imaging experience prior travel experience ARRT certification BLS certification and the ability to float as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-Ray examinations according to physician orders and department protocols
Prepare and position pediatric patients safely and appropriately for imaging procedures
Operate radiographic equipment while following radiation safety and imaging quality standards
Maintain accurate imaging documentation and support efficient radiology workflow
Float as needed and collaborate with radiologists nurses and healthcare team members
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of X-Ray experience required
Current ARRT Certification Required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
Prior travel experience required
Must provide up-to-date resume 2 recent X-Ray supervisor/manager references skills checklist and RTO at submission
