We are seeking a CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week Quick Start contract opportunity at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen Washington. This role involves performing diagnostic CT and radiographic procedures operating a Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice CT scanner and providing safe high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders
Position and instruct patients while ensuring comfort and safety during imaging procedures
Operate and maintain the Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice CT scanner and radiology equipment
Ensure accurate image labeling documentation and quality standards
Participate in on-call coverage and collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team
Requirements
Active state Radiologic Technologist license required
ARRT (R)ARRT (CT) Certifications required
Current BLSBCLS Certification required
Minimum 3 years of CT and Radiologic Technologist experience required
Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and strong computer skills
Ability to safely lift move and transport patients and equipment as required
