Radiographer NCT
Fast-paced high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Radiographer/NCT
Work location: 3136 Horizon Road - Suite 100Rockwall Texas 75032 with possible travel to other locations in Richardson Kaufman and Greenville
Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (745am - 5pm) Fridays (745am-4pm)

Heres What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Completion of an approved NCT Training Program (REQUIRED)
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology (PREFERRED)
Six months of relevant work experience (PREFERRED)
NCT registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire (REQUIRED)
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire (REQUIRED)
What You Will Do:
Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and protects patients self and other staff from radiation hazards
Take X-Rays following established procedures for patient care and safety which involves setting up and operating radiographic equipment used in the medical diagnosis and/or treatment of patients
Select proper ionizing factors for radiological diagnosis and adjusts and sets radiologic controls
Perform quantity and quality control checks to assure X-Ray unit meets standards required by laws rules and department policies
