As a Product Owner for the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) you will be a key leader in shaping and delivering complex high-impact products that define the future of radar technology. Youll act as the bridge between our engineering teams and our stakeholders guiding the vision ensuring alignment and driving execution to bring innovative solutions to life. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across teams while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of product leaders.

This position is onsite in Woburn MA.

What You Will Do

• Lead with Purpose: Own the delivery of Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) features and capabilities ensuring your teams efforts align with program goals and customer expectations.

• Strategize and Prioritize: Work with leadership to refine the product roadmap balancing immediate needs with long-term vision. Manage and prioritize the teams backlog ensuring clarity on scope and alignment with business objectives.

• Empower Teams: Foster a high-performing team culture by coaching team members delegating tasks effectively and supporting professional growth for junior staff.

• Solve Complex Challenges: Partner with engineering teams to tackle technical and operational challenges ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements and product innovation keeping the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) ahead of the curve.

• Be a Voice of Influence: Represent your team in cross-functional discussions advocating for their needs while aligning with broader program priorities. Build consensus among stakeholders and maintain focus on shared goals.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

• Experience delivering results in complex environments.

• Experience with agile principles frameworks and tools with the ability to adapt them to optimize team performance.

• Experience with leading and mentoring a team.

• Experience with Object Oriented Programming languages such as C and/or Java.

• Experience addressing complex challenges in a collaborative/team environment.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. Government issued Interim Secret security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Familiarity with radar systems or similar technologies is a plus but a passion for learning and a willingness to dive into technical domains is essential.

• Exceptional ability to articulate priorities build consensus and represent your teams needs to stakeholders at all levels.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
