Pay range based on experience: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
Sign-on bonus available
Full-time schedule options:
5x8s or 4x10s depending on team configuration
Clinic hours: Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays close at 5:00 PM (Thanksgiving and Christmas are closed)
Every other weekend is required

Qualifications
Required:
High School diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT (R) registration in Radiography
Licensed as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the State of Florida
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Basic computer proficiency (PC operation document creation data entry)
Comfort performing medical assistant duties (excluding medication administration injections and blood draws)
Preferred:
8 or more months of Rad Tech experience
New graduates will be considered; off-site training available
Responsibilities
Radiologic Imaging:
Produce diagnostic-quality radiographic images demonstrating knowledge of positioning technique collimation ID markers and patient demographics
Perform diagnostic procedures using digital x-ray equipment with minimal radiation exposure to patients and self
Evaluate radiographs for technical quality and repeat as indicated consistent with department standards
Demonstrate competency using PACS for image management and presentation
Organize patient information reports and images for radiologist review
Maintain proper radiation safety practices for patients self and others
Ensure proper maintenance and scheduling of x-ray equipment; document equipment issues promptly
Know the general condition of equipment at all times and operate all required equipment proficiently
General:
Medical Assistant Support (nomedication administration injections or blood draws)
Support overall clinic flow during high-volume periods (25 to 50 patients per day)
Provide patient care appropriate to the ages of patients served demonstrating knowledge of growth development and patient needs
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and maintain composure in a fast-paced sometimes high-stress environment
Participate in team-based care and contribute to positive patient satisfaction outcomes
Uphold standards of caring excellence integrity and teamwork
