What youll do:

• Evaluate government payer support programs and contract requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

• Analyze current and forecasted data to determine necessary system or operational changes and develop action plans for contract execution.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate contract needs and provide solution recommendations to senior leadership.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to contract execution and coordinate related administrative tasks.

• Monitor program implementation assess return on investment and recommend improvements to meet business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business solutions and continuous improvement efforts.

• Strong data analysis skills to assess program return on investment and forecast contract requirements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule facility season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met
