Quickbooks Accountant

We are looking for an experienced detail-oriented accountant to manage QuickBooks accounting for multiple privately held businesses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety takes ownership of their work and wants a stable long-term position in a professional environment.

• Maintain accurate books for multiple entities

• Reconcile bank credit card loan and balance-sheet accounts

• Manage accounts payable journal entries and month-end close

• Prepare financial reports and coordinate with outside accountants

• Assist with occasional administrative projects

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience

• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks

• Experience managing multiple sets of books

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Real estate accounting experience is a plus

Compensation: $70000$85000 annually depending on experience plus benefits.
