Quick Lube Service Advisor

• Welcome customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repair services in a professional easy-to-understand manner.
• Coordinate the daily flow of Quick Lube vehicles to maximize efficiency.
• Schedule and distribute repair orders to technicians based on workload and skill level.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with service questions and appointment requests.
• Help maintain an organized efficient and customer-focused service drive.
• Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Create a positive experience that encourages repeat business and long-term customer relationships.

• Previous customer service experience required (automotive experience is a plus but not required).
• Experience in retail hospitality restaurants or other customer-facing roles is welcomed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
