Welcome customers with a friendly professional attitude
Help customers understand their vehicle maintenance needs
Recommend services that keep vehicles running safely and efficiently
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service process
Manage appointments estimates and service records
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Automotive knowledge is a plus but well train the right candidate
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Team player with a strong work ethic
Valid drivers license
