Job Summary
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of quality concepts in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as calipers micrometers thread gauges and similar equipment
- Inspect reject or accept product according to visual standard weight tally and other Q.C. requirements
- Documentation and recordkeeping
- Control the removal of monogram from non-conforming product
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three years of verifiable work experience preferred in manufacturing environment
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Factory environment with large range in temperature changes
- Standing walking &Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
- Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
- Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Trained into API Q1 and ISO 9001
- Basic math
- Ability to accurately use scales OD tape ruler thread height gauge

- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read drawings instructions or repair and assembly operations
