SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Quality Manager the Quality Technician is responsible for reviewing the product to ensure it complies with customers requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Fill out daily inspection reports.
- Recommend improvements to production process.
- Inspect test or measure materials.
- Must be able to use quality tools like calipers gauges or micrometers etc.
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Identify all products and materials that fail to meet required specifications.
- Participate in line audits and process improvements.
- Communicate issues with team members.
- Able to work under stress environment.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule.
