Your Role:
The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring consumer products meet established quality safety and regulatory standards before release to customers. This role performs routine inspections conducts tests documents results and works closely with production and quality teams to identify and correct quality issues. The Quality Technician plays a critical role in protecting the customer experience and supporting continuous improvement.

- Inspect raw materials in-process products and finished goods to verify compliance with quality specifications and standards.
- Perform visual dimensional and functional inspections using standard inspection tools and equipment.
- Identify document and report defects nonconformances and trends.
- Complete inspection records checklists and quality documentation accurately and timely.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Communicate quality issues to production supervisors and quality leadership.
- Verify packaging labeling and product appearance meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Follow established quality procedures work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Participate in BRCGS audits quality meetings and continuous improvement activities as needed.

We need you to have:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in quality inspection manufacturing or consumer product environments.
- Basic knowledge of quality principles inspection techniques and defect identification.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (data entry spreadsheets quality systems).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Icing on the cake:
- Experience with consumer products packaging or high-volume manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO GMPs or company-specific quality systems.
- Experience using measurement tools (calipers gauges scales etc.)
- Prior experience supporting audits or corrective action processes.
