Job Summary
To thrive as a QualityTechnician Iat Behr you should be detail oriented and eager to this roleyoullsupport manufacturing and quality operations by preparing and testing paint samples to ensure products meet quality control standards and drive improvements. No extensive lab experience is. We provide full training on equipment procedures and systems!
Each dayyoullreceive assignments related to quality checks raw materials or product improvement projects.Youllprepare and analyze samples using lab equipment and perform tests such as viscosity gloss density pH and scrub testing.Youllaccurately record results compare samples andmaintaindocumentation so teams can evaluate product performance.
Youllalso report any equipment or processissues andhelp keep the lab clean and organized bymaintainingsupplies cleaning equipment and supporting basic lab tasks.
This is a full-time 2nd Shift position. The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM providing three-day weekends.

Excellent attention to detail. Accurate testing and recordkeeping are essential to supporting product quality and development efforts.
A commitment to safety. Following lab safety guidelines andmaintaininga clean organized workspace is critical.
A willingness to learn.Welltrain you on our lab equipment testing procedures and systems and we value team members who are eager to grow their skills!
Strong organization and communication skills.Youllwork closely with supervisors and team members while documenting results andmaintainingclear records.
Basic computer and technical skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software and experience with SAP is a plus.
A high school diploma orGEDis.
