• Hands-on quality inspection experience - receiving in-process checks and non-conformance reporting
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency - used daily for documentation tracking and communication
• STEM educational background (Associates degree or higher) with comfort using measurement tools and inspection equipment

What Youll Do

• Inspect incoming packages and products in a distribution warehouse setting - including packaged fiber optic cables and similar materials
• Conduct receiving and in-process inspections using standard measurement tools and inspection equipment
• Document findings and manage customer quality notifications in Excel and Outlook
• Track and report non-conformances and support CAPA processes from identification through resolution
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and customer service to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Keep quality records organized accurate and audit-ready
• Follow all PPE requirements on the floor - safety vest safety glasses and steel-toed shoes required

What We Need From You

• Associates degree or higher in a STEM field - Science Technology Engineering or Math
• At least 6 months of hands-on quality inspection experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills - these are used every single day
• Comfortable splitting time between a desk and the warehouse floor

Bonus

• SAP experience
• CAPA documentation or audit prep background
• Prior quality experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
