Quality Technician (12 hour shift)

Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in Temple TX in Quality & Food Safety function as Quality Technician. The role is working on quality system operation and supervision ensuring quality management system implementation in factories and compliance with MARS QMP & regulatory.

What are we looking for

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED

• Knowledge of quality management system FSSC22000 and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design familiar with legal food safety requirement food process technology.

• Problem solving skill and systematic thinking

• Communication and influencing skill

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Food science Engineering Chemistry or equivalent

What will be your key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor etc.

• Document control system management including the Nexus system.

• Develop the quality system training material and training plan and follow the implement CAPA system follow up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.

• Prepare the management review report material.

• Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in process.

• Coordinate change management assessment in site level.

• Complete any other projects assigned by QA Manager.
