This position is a part-time contract role based in Meadville PA requiring on-site presence 23 days a week. The Quality Support Specialist will provide operational and administrative support to the QEHS Manager at the Meadville facility during the site transition period. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in maintaining quality standards supporting operational continuity and minimizing disruptions and customer complaints through the final day of site operations.

PURPOSE:
The Quality Support Specialist will provide operational and administrative support to the QEHS Manager at the Meadville facility during the site transition period. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the review revision and creation of Work Instructions and related documentation.
- Support day-to-day quality activities to ensure continuity of operations.
- Provide assistance on quality and operational projects as assigned by the QEHS Manager.
- Help maintain organized quality records documentation and filing systems.
- Support basic reporting activities and data collection as required.
- Follow established procedures and work under the direction of the QEHS Manager to meet project timelines and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal personnel to ensure effective communication and execution of assigned tasks.
- Contribute to maintaining site quality standards during the transition period.A
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree technical certification or coursework in Quality Manufacturing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing operations quality or administrative support environment is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to support production operations and manage multiple technical projects.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of fundamental Quality concepts within a manufacturing or business environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable reliable and able to follow direction effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and work independently when required.
- Work is normally performed in an office laboratory manufacturing floor or machine shop setting where physical work includes but is not limited to sitting standing reaching kneeling bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
