As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America we are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor

• Determine layered audit schedule
• Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process
• Prepare invoices for sorting activity
• Supervise Liaisons
• Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation
• Facilitate the implementation of system changes
• Reflect process changes in our Quality Management System
• Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus
• Perform layered audits -
• Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the companys continuous improvement process and policies
• Execute or facilitate team training
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business or related field.
• 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment
• 2 years of materials experience a plus
• Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
