As a Jr. Quality Engineer you will play a critical part in ensuring that high-performance transformer products meet the highest standards of quality safety and reliability. How youll make an impact
Perform electrical mechanical and visual inspections
Test incoming materials in-process assemblies and finished products
Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate quality records reports and data
Participate in audits process reviews and risk assessments
Support Lean 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
Your background
U.S. citizenship required
Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Quality or equivalent experience
3 years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred
Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
Experience with quality tools (8D FMEA root cause analysis)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
