What Youll Do
As a Quality Specialist you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical distribution environment. Responsibilities include:
- Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing logs forms and controlled records.
- Perform material inspections label checks and verification activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP GDP GxP FDA and customer quality requirements.
- Assist with internal audits and operational compliance assessments.
- Support investigations deviation management and corrective action activities.
- Help maintain audit readiness and support customer and regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Promote a culture of quality safety and compliance.
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated quality environment such as pharmaceutical medical device healthcare logistics or similar industries.
- Knowledge of GMP GDP and quality compliance principles.
- Experience with root-cause analysis tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read write and understand English.
