Join the dynamic Product Operations this highly visible role you will lead the Operations technical team during the next generation products development and high volume production. As the technical lead for a product line you will partner closely with multiple multi-functional teams during all phases of development to enable the product success!

To be a successful team member within Product Operations you will lead cross-functional Operations technical teams (DFx DFm Test SQE PQE and others) during product development and high volume production. As the senior technical advisor for the product line you will partner closely with the Engineering throughout the lifecycle of development to enable operational success through to mass production. nnOur Organization is currently hiring for the following roles: nn-FATP Product Quality Engineer - iPhone Mac Audio VisionPron-Mechanical Engineering Product Quality Manager - iPhone VisionPron-Sustaining Product Quality Engineer - Mac n-Core Technologies Quality Engineern-Core Technologies Supplier Quality Engineern-Operations Reliability Engineer - iPhone

Ensure operational technical readiness for all phases of the introduction cycle including driving contract manufacturer preparation for pre-production builds n Own and drive key operational metrics including yield and UPH to ensure complete ramp readiness n Drive process development documentation optimization and validation including all equipment requirement plans n Develop and implement new technologies to enhance production quality capacity and efficiency n Provide regular VP level communication of technical health of program n Generate Product Quality Plan (PQP) n Monitor Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and Customer Audit (CA) processes at OEM sites n Handle and triage quality critical issues n Drive ongoing product improvements with OEM partners n Support AppleCare Service u0026 Engineering on specific requests n Conduct periodic reviews of Field/Factory Quality Data with OEM partners n Leads Weekly Quality Improvement Forums n Generate monthly Product Health summary n International Travel is required (up to 25%)

3 years of Quality experience in one or more of the following disciplines: New Product Introduction / Design Engineering / Manufacturing Operations or Reliability EngineeringnBS in Mechanical Electrical Optical Materials or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

MS/PhD in Mechanical Electrical Optical Materials or Industrial Engineering or partnering with off-shore manufacturers high volume production and traveling to manufacturing sitesnStrong statistical and data analytics skills - statistical process control and sampling methodsnData driven and results oriented approach to problem solving failure analysis techniquesnDirect experience program managing functional engineering teams (ME EE TE DFX or other)nExceptional ability to build relationships; clear consistent communication; data-driven and results- oriented; enthusiastic and motivatednObsessively passionate and inquisitive who seeks to pursue everyday problems in innovative waysnLaser-focused on the smallest details and able to use data forensics to solve complex manufacturing assembly quality issues
