Quality & Process Improvement Manager

At Baesmanwerefocused on building production systems that are consistent accountable and continuously for a Quality & Process Improvement Manager to help strengthen the way we define quality train associates follow processes and solve operational problems.

This is a hands-on cross-functional role for someone who is comfortable working across departments challenging inconsistent processes and helping managers drive right person will be practical direct organized and focused on making improvements that actually stick.

WhatYoullDo

• Lead and reinforce quality standards across production and supporting departments

• Identifyrecurring errors process breakdowns rework spoilage and quality trends

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action efforts

• Work with department managers to ensure procedures training expectations and quality standards are followed

• Help hold teams accountable for completing corrective actions and sustaining improvements

• Develop andmaintaintraining materials checklists process documentation and standard work instructions

• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing waste improving consistency and increasing operational execution

• Oversee sample collection quality documentation and related quality initiatives

WhatWereLooking For

Required

• Experience in quality continuous improvement operations manufacturing production or a related field

• Strong problem-solving follow-up and organizational skills

• Ability to influence managers and teams across departments

• Comfort addressing process issues directly and professionally

• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Ability to turn inconsistent practices into clear repeatable procedures

• Willingness to spend time on the production floorobservinghow workactually happens

Nice to Have

• Print packaging fulfillment mailing or manufacturing experience

• Lean Six Sigma ISO quality systems or formal continuous improvement training

• Experience creating training programs process documentation quality checklists or standard work instructions

• Prior supervisory or management experience
