The anticipated application window will close on July 09 2026Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesRobust Quality Management System (QMS)Ensures effective implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems aligned to recognized standards (e.g. ISO 9001 / IATF) maintaining compliance and audit high-quality product outputLeads processes and controls that ensure products meet defined specifications reducing defects rework and customer problem resolution and preventionDrives structured root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate repeat issues and improve satisfaction and quality performanceMonitors and improve key quality KPIs including warranty internal defects customer feedback and compliance audits (QASI / ISO) ensuring alignment with business -functional quality leadershipPartners with manufacturing engineering supply chain and suppliers to embed quality standards throughout the product improvement of cultureChampions Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency reduce waste and enhance process leadership and capability developmentBuilds mentors and develops the quality team to ensure strong technical capability and succession duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications5-8 years business/lean/operations experience driving team excellence and managing in quality control in a manufacturing and assembly environmentProven leadership skills (lead motivate process and people management skills).Experience in improvement processes (i.e. Six Sigma Lean etc.).Must pass any drug screens background checks and pre-employment tests as applicableMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsProven experience leading cross-functional change initiatives driving alignment and adoption across business and operational teams Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a change agent and build consensus without direct authority Demonstrated ability as a problem solver using data and quality principles to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions Background in quality management or continuous improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma or similar) with a focus on operational excellence Ability to set and communicate a clear vision proactively seek out opportunities and drive improvements with a strong ownership mindset and positive attitudeKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong understanding of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001)In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniquesUnderstanding of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologiesUnderstanding of SAP accreditation CQI Level 5 or leadership and team development capabilityStrong communication skills across all organisational levelsAdvanced problem-solving and analytical capabilityHigh level of organisation and decision-making abilityStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsProven experience in a quality leadership role within success in driving quality improvements and cost reductionExperience managing audits customer concerns and supplier qualityTrack record of delivering operational and strategic quality initiativesJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
