Quality Manager

The Role:

EntegrisRenomanufacturingsite is seeking aQualityManagerto join our team.TheQuality Manageris responsible forleading site quality systems customer quality assurance compliance and continuous improvement activities to ensure consistent product quality regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. This role drives a strong quality culture ensures effective execution of quality processes and partnerscrossfunctionallyto support business goals risk mitigation and operational excellence.

WhatYoullDo:

Quality LeadershipCompliance Process Control

• Establishmaintain and continuously improve site quality systems standards and governance.

• Ensure quality policies procedures and standard methodologies are clearly defined followed and sustained.

• Drive a culture of quality compliance accountability and continuous improvement.

• Ensure quality-related training requirements are defined completed andmaintainedto support compliance and performance.

• Definemaintain and improve quality control processes that ensure product conformance and process stability.

• Reduce product and process variation byidentifyingkey contributors and implementing effective control systems.

• Ensure integrity accuracy and traceability of quality and product data within quality systems.

• Lead site quality activities including MRB/DRB participation SPC review audit support and supplier quality oversight.

• Maintain audit readiness and support internal customer ISO regulatory and business audits.

• Ensure audit findingsnonconformances and observations are addressed throughtimelyand effective corrective actions.

Business and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with EH&S Production Supply Chain R&D Customer Quality and external suppliers to resolve quality issues and mitigate risk.

• Build customer confidence through consistent execution transparency and quality performance.

• Prioritize quality initiatives based on customer impact compliance risk and businessneed.

• Maintain awareness of plant operations and drive actions necessary to sustain site quality and integrity.

• Supportqualityrelatedcost initiatives including Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction.

• Partner with Product Engineering andcrossfunctionalteams to define and align on new product quality requirements.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through quality planning validation andtransferreadiness activities.

• Coordinatingproduct root cause investigations using statistical analysis and structuredproblemsolvingmethodologies.

• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effective sustainable and verified.

• Communicateinvestigationoutcomes and lessons learned to internal stakeholders and external customers asappropriate.

• Support Product Management and Applications by translating customer and application requirements into quality expectations while leading FMEA and risk assessments toidentify prioritize and mitigate product and process risks.

What We Seek:

• BS in MechanicalPolymerChemical orMaterialor a relatedEngineeringdiscipline or equivalent experience.

• 3years in manufacturing and leadingQuality Teamswithin a manufacturing environment preferably in a high technology product line.

• Ability to communicate effectively at various levels of theorganizationincludingcustomercommunications.

• Strategic thinker with a visionthat can outline multiple yearqualityprogressionpath.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

• Proven experience in semiconductor/polymer processing industry preferred or combination of3 years of relevant education and related manufacturing or quality experience.

• Proven experience with external working relationships and communications supplier or customer preferred.

• Lean/GreenBelt certificationis a plus.

• Proficient with Lean Manufacturing tools including Value Stream mapping Identification of the 8 forms of waste Proficient with 5S1 and able to guide these techniques. Solid understanding ofDesignof Experiment.

• Strong knowledgecompetenceand background in statistics SPC/SQC process control 8Dmethodology Six Sigma tools for variability reduction and process improvement.

• Ability to develop and executequalification requirements and plans.
