What You Will Get to Do:

• Manage Day-to-day activity of the Quality department in the manufacturing and Distribution Center
• Prepare lead and determine customer corrective actions with the operations staff
• Establish internal audits drive ISO 9001 Certification compliance and follow up activity
• Prepare and follow department budgets forecasts and annual operating plans
• Assure the department and administration of verification procedures reports and sampling plans
• Provide Quality System mentorship and leadership for all shifts
• Report quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records/documentation

What You Will Bring:

• 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a manufacturing Quality department leading a team
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with quality systems tools databases and statistical process controls
• Ability to mentor facilitate an lead problem solving methodology
• Project Management skills
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma ASQ Certified Engineer Quality Engineering
