As Quality Manager youll lead RKs Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams while maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS). Youll bridge the gap between design and delivery ensuring manufacturing processesfrom raw materials through final shippingmeet established specifications and quality standards.

This role partners closely with Engineering Production HR Department Leads suppliers and executive leadership to create consistent processes strengthen quality systems develop teams and prevent defects before they impact production or customers.

What Youll Do

• Lead the development implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System including quality manuals SOPs work instructions inspection standards and control plans.
• Partner with Engineering and Production to establish standardized best practices reduce process variation and ensure consistency across shifts and production lines.
• Lead audits supplier quality activities corrective actions and problem-solving initiatives using tools such as 8D DMAIC Fishbone and 5 Whys.
• Manage the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and ensure quality procedures inspection checklists and training materials remain aligned with current product designs.
• Monitor quality KPIs including First Pass Yield defect rates and scrap costs while providing updates to executive leadership and mentoring the quality team.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business or a related technical field.
• 510 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment including 13 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) engineering drawings and precision measuring tools.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies; Green or Black Belt experience preferred.
• ASQ certifications such as CQE or CMQ/OE are highly valued.
