Description

At ACE Thermal Systems we design engineer manufacture and support high-performance environmental control systems (ECS) and components for extreme temperature and operating conditions and reliable everyday use.


As your single source dedicated supplier for bleed air systems air conditioning systems cabin pressure control systems components and more the ACE team acts as a key extension of your team providing intelligent innovation and proven design methodologies to deliver safe reliable air control technologies and systems for aircraft.

Summary: As a Quality Intern youll be learning duties responsibilities and assisting the Quality department with certification paperwork and procedure documentation revision. Along with the following duties:

  • Fill out purchase requisitions for supplies.
  • Making tags and/or labels for Quality department.
  • Compile copy sort and file records of office activities add new materials to file records and create new records as necessary.
  • Operate office machines such as scanners voice mail systems personal computers and machines used for tags.
  • Maintain and update filing and databases either manually and/or electronically including traceability COFCs ISO audits NMRs CARs and INT.
  • Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content purpose user criteria or chronological alphabetical or numerical order.
  • Help purge out dated documents.
  • Assist with customer related issues including supplier and customer surveys and audits.
  • Make time corrections for inspectors.
  • Assists inspectors as necessary.
  • Read and answer email on a continuous basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Hours: 40 hrs. per week overtime on an infrequent basis typical hour 8:00am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch break.

Season: Fall 2026

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • Be actively enrolled in college level coursework with the intent to graduate.
  • Must be able to read and interpret English documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals and report.
  • Ability to write and/or type routine correspondence or reports.
  • Ability to effectively share workload in collaboration with team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products including Word Excel Outlook and more.
  • Must be compliant with FAA Manual vision test and color blindness test.
  • Must be able to submit to Random Drug testing as requested.
  • Ability to be onsite at our Seminole Oklahoma facility during work hours.

Salary / Wage: 25.00 per hour

This is a straight hourly non-exempt position that may include overtime.
