Delva Tool & Machine is looking for a Quality Inspector I II or IIIto perform incoming in-process and final inspections while helping maintain the highest standards of quality throughout production.
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers micrometers height gauges thread gauges and other precision measuring equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings specifications and inspection requirements.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Identify and process nonconforming material.
- Verify certifications traceability documentation and traveler accuracy.
- Support AS9100 quality system requirements and documentation.
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Experience level may range from entry-level to senior inspection professionals.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality principles.
- Knowledge of AS9100 GD&T CMMs and FAI documentation is highly valued for higher-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This pay range for this position falls between $20.00-$40.00/hour depending on experience.
