Quality Improvement Registered Nurse (Quality RN), Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Ensures evaluates and communicates compliance with accreditation affiliations and regulatory licensure.
• Ensures CWHS meets standards of The Joint Commission (TJC) HFAP/AOA CMS CDPHE state and local authorities and other accrediting and regulatory agencies.
• Collects analyzes interprets and communicates quality indicators.
• Establishes and monitors quality compliance objectives and coordinates target achievement.
• Develops systems and procedures for QM/PI functions.
• Advises on changes and implementation of quality standards.
• Monitors and advises on performance of quality initiatives.
• Participates in and supports multidisciplinary departments for Quality Oversight Patient Safety and Process Improvement Committees.
• Successfully completes the BSCR Training Program.
• Provide clinical consultation regarding Utilization Management to providers and other healthcare team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality management performance improvement utilization review or a related field within a healthcare setting.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred or willing to obtain within 2 years of employment; Metabolic and Bariatric Surgical Clinical Reviewer Certified (MBSCR) preferred or willing to obtain within 2 years of employment

Compensation:

• $43.00 - $49.45 per hour depending on education and experience.
