Job Description
- Maintain and improve a QMS aligned to ISO 9001:2015
- Develop inspection plans for manufacturing and assembly processes
- Analyse yield scrap rework and defect trends to drive improvements
- Lead root cause analysis (5 Whys Fishbone FTA) and manage CAPA/FACAR
- Own incoming inspection and guide QC personnel
- Partner with PCBA suppliers; drive SCARs and performance gains
- Support NPI (PFMEA validation FAI)
- Advance Lean/Six Sigma efforts and reduce COPQ
- Track KPIs and present clear datadriven insights
- Enable crossfunctional alignment on quality standards
- Required: Strong problemsolving and RCA leadership
- Required: Experience with ISO 9001 CAPA SPC supplier quality
- Required: 5 years in manufacturing/PCBA assembly quality
- Required: Datadriven mindset and effective crossfunctional communication
- Required: Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
- Required: Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Advantage: ASQ CQE or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advantage: IPC standards (A610 JSTD001) and ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certification
