• Associates Degree Required Bachelor degree in technical field preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years in a Quality Engineer Role
• At least 2 years project management experience
• Knowledge of Cosma Casting processes policies and procedures.
• Advanced Knowledge of customer and ISO/TS 16949 requirements
• Knowledge of automotive fabrication processes

• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning methods
• Basic Tolerance Skills
• Knowledge of B.I.W. part to part
• Basic welding knowledge from Quality and reliability aspects

• Requires travel to customer and tooling facilities as needed
