Quality Director Opportunity:

• Quality Director will lead hospital-wide Quality Management Performance Improvement Patient Safety and Risk Management initiatives
  
• Oversees compliance initiatives survey readiness and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS state and federal requirements
  
• Partners with executive leadership medical staff and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
  
• Quality Director emphasizes quality and compliance to promote quality patient care; fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence
  

Quality Director Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in nursing Healthcare Administration or a related field required; masters degree preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting with experience in Performance Improvement and regulatory surveys
  
• Previous Quality Director roles are a plus!
  
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) designation within one year of hire
