Quality Coordinator

Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable Quality Coordinator to join our fast-paced electronics repair and processing facility. Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM MondayFriday.

Hourly Rate: $30.00 USD

Hourly Pay: up to $31.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM 6:00 AM.

Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Formulate teaching outline for training sessions covering specified areas such as those concerned with new employee orientation job specific training safety and use of programming equipment and computer systems. Evaluate overall effectiveness of individual training sessions.

• Coordinate overall training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the Programming Center and Warehouse. Monitor training metrics to identify training opportunities.

• Deliver New Employee Onboarding as needed and acclimate the new hires to the Warehouse their leadership and other key team members.

• Supports the assigned Quality area (Source FQR Returns RMA Document Control Calibration SCARS) in performance and administration of the areas assigned workload.

• Provides area support for metrics/reporting process instructions corrective/preventive action process improvement activities QMS audits and serves as area subject matter expert.

• Supports all department administrative functions that include the following: shift scheduling maintenance of department operating supplies/equipment coordinating Arrow resources to resolve technical issues with department equipment.

• Responsible for inspecting assembled product to ensure adherence to documented requirements.

• Assist with physical inspections of product as needed.

• Audit against documents and procedures.

• Provide recommendations to processes and procedures.

• Act as Excellence Through Quality (ETQ) subject matter expert partner with stakeholders and administrator(s) to support changes certifications and the development of work instructions.

• Review data with Quality Manager to determine departmental training needs. Perform process audits to identify training deficiencies.

• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.

• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.

• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
