Prime Controls builds the control panels instrumentation and integrated systems that keep critical facilities running across the country and were 100% employee-owned. As a QC Inspector/Technician youre the quality gate. You make sure every assembly that leaves our shop is built right wired right and carries the Prime Controls name with pride.

What youll do

• Inspect control panels wiring and instrumentation assemblies against engineered drawings schematics and specs.
• Perform point-to-point / continuity checks and use electrical test equipment to verify builds.
• Document defects non-conformances and corrective actions clearly and accurately.
• Partner with production and engineering to resolve issues early and improve first-pass quality.
• Verify components terminations and labeling meet standards and customer requirements.

What you bring

• Electrical work/knowledge OR instrumentation/controls knowledge (panel building wiring or I&C background).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Comfort with measurement and electrical test tools (e.g. multimeter).
• Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
