Role Summary

The Quality Control Technician ensures our products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role verifies product specifications monitors food safety protocols escalates non-conformance issues and supports production teams in maintaining compliance and traceability.

What Youll Do

• Perform shift-based verification of raw materials packaging and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.

• Identify isolate and escalate out-of-specification materials while collaborating with Production and the Plant Quality Manager.

• Verify code dates scale calibration metal detection sanitation checks and documentation in accordance with FSMA and HACCP guidelines.

• Support incident investigations corrective actions environmental monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.

• Train and coach operators on quality protocols documentation accuracy and food safety standards.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred ideally within food or beverage production.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and email systems.
