Job Summary
Fabric Panels QC Technician
Department: Quality Control
Reports To: Production Manager
Summary:
The Fabric Panels QC Technician executes a robust inspection of dye-sublimated fabric graphics to ensure all products meet company quality standards and client expectations. This role also supports QC documentation and prepares qualified materials for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect dye-sublimated fabric graphics for color consistency alignment and print defects.
Identify imperfections such as color variation banding or printing irregularities.
Ensure each approved product receives the appropriate documentation and approval tags.
Prepare finished panels for packaging.
Maintain inspection records and QC logs for tracking and reporting purposes.
Communicate quality concerns with production teams to resolve recurring issues.
Qualifications:
Experience with dye-sublimation production and/or quality control preferred.
Strong visual assessment skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and quality records
