Konik is partnering with a global industrial organization seeking a Construction Quality Control Supervisor to support an active project in the Phoenix area. This hands-on site-based role will oversee construction quality coordinate inspections and ensure piping equipment and mechanical installations meet project specifications and quality standards.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in industrial construction process piping water/wastewater or mechanical systems who enjoys being in the field and working closely with contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site quality control activities and inspect construction piping equipment and mechanical installations.

• Review P&IDs piping drawings and project specifications to verify field installations and identify discrepancies.

• Coordinate subcontractor third-party client and regulatory inspections to ensure work is inspection-ready.

• Document non-conforming work and partner with contractors and project teams to resolve quality issues and corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection records and provide regular updates on construction progress quality concerns and project risks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction quality control inspection or field quality experience.

• Background in industrial construction process piping water/wastewater mechanical construction or equipment installation preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs piping drawings engineering drawings and construction specifications.

• Experience with field inspections quality documentation and non-conformance/corrective action processes.

• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 required or ability to obtain; engineering or construction-related degree and additional quality/safety certifications are a plus.
