The State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF)Revenue Enhancement Division is seeking to fill a part-time twenty (20) hoursper week Quality Assurance Reviewer position. This position is critical insupporting DCFs responsibilities around Title IV-E eligibility claiming andreimbursement as well as ensuring compliance with applicable federal and staterequirements.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- LOCATION: On-site in Hartford CT
- SHIFT: Part-time 20 hours per week first shift
- SCHEDULE: to be determined by the hiring manager with the employee based on the needs of the agency.

YOUR ROLE
The Quality Assurance Reviewer will be responsible for conducting structured quality assurance reviews of Title IV-E eligibility determinations for foster care adoption subsidized guardianship and prevention services.
The position will review case documentation and eligibility determinations for accuracy and compliance identify trends and areas for improvement and assist with monitoring and implementing Title IV-E State Plan requirements. The position will also support federal audits and program reviews by assisting with documentation identifying corrective actions and monitoring compliance outcomes. The Quality Assurance Reviewer will collaborate with program fiscal policy and other agency staff to communicate QA findings provide recommendations and support consistent application of Title IV-E requirements. The position will also assist in identifying process improvements and strengthening the accuracy and reliability of eligibility determinations and related claiming activities.

- College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equalling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelors degree.

Experience conducting qualityassurance or compliance reviews in child welfare social services or humanservices programs.
Experience reviewing eligibilitydeterminations and documentation for Title IVE programs.
Experience applying Title IVEfederal and state regulations to eligibility claiming and reimbursement.
Experience supporting audits programreviews compliance monitoring or corrective action activities.
Experience analyzing case records orprogram data to identify errors trends or compliance concerns.
