As the Quality Control Manager youll lead quality and training initiatives in one of Best Buys distribution centers holding responsibility for the overall well-being of the facility. Youll ensure operational excellence and positive employee experiences through effective training and talent management consequently enhancing our customer experience.
We are hiring a Quality Control Manager that will align with our 1st shift operations. This is a salaried role but the general hours are around 6AM-3PM PST Monday-Friday with the need to be available and flexible to work some weekends based on business need.

We are hiring a Quality Control Manager that will align with our 1st shift operations. This is a salaried role but the general hours are around 6AM-3PM PST Monday-Friday with the need to be available and flexible to work some weekends based on business need.
What youll do
- Provide work direction including reinforcing quality assurance expectations
- Teach and uphold asset protection best practices
- Evaluate distribution center processes to identify risks and mitigate losses
- Work with distribution center leaders to meet business goals solve problems as needed
- Conduct assessments evaluate areas of opportunity and provide coaching when improvements are needed
- Oversee hiring onboarding and development and ensure compliance with all training and reporting requirements
Basic qualifications
- 5 years of experience in distribution operations warehousing customer service militaryor related field
- 2 years of supervisory experience in business military or related field
Preferred qualifications
- 2 years of experience using a warehouse management system
- Associate degree or higher in business logistics or related field
