Koniag Professional Services (KPS) a Koniag Government Services company is hiring a Quality Control include medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan paid time off paid parental leave life and disability insurance flexible spending accounts commuter benefits and tuition Onsite Quality Control and Safety Manager (QCM):Support Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager as requiredImplement Quality Control Plan; ensure legal complianceEnsure achievement of contract quality levels for all PWS areasSupport development and implementation of site-specific Snow Removal PlanProvide oversight of all snow removal activity and ensure consistent performance at all building and port locationsDevelop and implement quality control proceduresPerform and oversee quality inspections and building toursDevelop site specific Workplace Safety PlanConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulationsPromote a culture of quality and safetyParticipate and/or conduct Partnering/Quality Control MeetingOversee preparation of Minutes from Partnering/Quality Control MeetingParticipate in Tenant MeetingsSupport government Quality Assurance Surveillance Program as needed andCommunicate with GSA COR on reporting quality inspections and overall quality performanceManage all QA findings within NCMMSComplete any and all specific training to support contract requirementsQualifications:Experience as a Quality Control & Safety Manager supporting a government contractProficiency in statistical analysis and quality control toolsExcellent problem-solving leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirementsCertification in quality management (e.g. ASQ certification) is preferredMinimum Education: High School DiplomaMinimum Experience: 5 Years as a QCSMOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
