Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
What You Will Do
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers micrometers gauges and other inspection equipment.
- Interpret blueprints specifications and inspection instructions to verify product quality.
- Conduct material component and First Article Inspections (FAI) including basic statistical analysis.
- Review and process Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Complete ERP system transactions related to inspections quality documentation and material dispositions.
- Identify document and process nonconforming materials including initiating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Support quality objectives and team performance metrics while working to production forecasts and schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance inspection processes.
What You Need
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Quality control experience
