Job Summary
The Quality Inspector evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products for our Greenwood IN facility on a3rd shift Youll Do:Perform first article inspection which includes detailed documentation using customers with minimal supervision using detailed procedures forms and manuals as a guide to job process auditing that will require the review of operator and process performance working to specifications as referred to in material control plans Material routing instructions computer print outs and Pareto engineering drawings schematic diagrams or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability products for variety of qualities such as dimensions performance and mechanical electrical or chemical characteristicsRecords test data applying statistical quality control duties and responsibilities may be assigned as Youll Need:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and to read and interpret complex blueprints and to perform basic ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule Quality Inspector evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
